We want you to love your new jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn pieces in their original packaging. Please note that custom-engraved items and earrings are final sale due to hygiene and personalization standards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original gift box and secure it inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
